We require a certificate of insurance naming the club as an additional insured for the dates you'll be onsite.  Coverage amount should be at least 1 million dollars for each occurrence. The certificate should include the info listed below, and should include this language: "The Belgian Tervuren Club of Southern Calif., its Officers, Club Members, Agents and Representatives", stating that the Certificate Holder is named as an additional insured on your policy.  The form must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.  Please mail to the address below or email to VendorInfo@btcsc.org.
